1. Who we are

Pitch Craft Intelligence LLC ("Pitch Craft Empire", "we", "us") is an Illinois company that provides AI pitch assistance and voice tooling. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact us at deckstrategy@atlassian.net.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact data: name, email, company, and any details you submit via forms (including the funnel signup).
• Customer Content: prompts, transcripts, scenarios, and other inputs you submit to the Services.
• Voice output cache: synthesized audio clips generated from your text via our text-to-speech provider may be cached temporarily to reduce latency and cost.
• Usage data: log files, IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interaction events.
• Cookies & similar technologies: used for essential site functionality and basic analytics.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Generate AI text and voice output you request.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not use Customer Content to train foundation AI models.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the Services), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services), your consent (where required, e.g. marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers: hosting, database, analytics, and AI providers (including ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and our LLM gateway) who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Cached voice clips are retained for a limited operational window and then deleted.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Illinois residents subject to the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) should note that we do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers (such as voiceprints) from end users; AI voices used in the Services are licensed synthetic voices, not voiceprints of users. 9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data protection rules.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Services.
